With over a decade of diverse legal practice and trial experience, Ben Shelton founded the Shelton Law Firm in 2020 to dedicate his practice to helping people and businesses that have suffered serious personal injury, property or financial loss. Shelton Law Firm, LLC is a litigation practice. It accepts a limited number of clients on a largely referral basis. It strives to keep a small caseload to provide personal, effective and responsive legal services to its clients.
Shelton Law Firm prides itself in maintaining good client relationships and in our dedication to our clients. This begins and ends with communication. Part of this dedication is making sure that a client understands the developments with their case and are communicated with effectively on a regular basis. At Shelton Law Firm, we strive to use the best tools available to help clients have access to important information and the status of their matter.
We are a small practice that handles major matters. If you are a client of the Firm, you have a direct line of communication with Ben. Therefore, we select matters carefully to ensure our client’s have the attention they deserve and require.

Ben Shelton brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping injured individuals and businesses in South Carolina. Starting his legal career in 2008 as a prosecutor in the 14th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina, Ben quickly became known for his dedication and skill in the courtroom.
